When it comes to diving in the Great Barrier Reef, our Rasmus 2000 watch is completely in its element. On top of this, it also needs to prove its worth when used in the rough waters of the Baltic Sea or during a dive in a murky lake. We therefore worked with research divers from the University of Rostock when developing this new model. They use the watch when training budding maritime archaeologists or marine biologists at a wide variety of different diving sites and will regularly inform us about their experiences with the Rasmus 2000. We have worked together to make the Rasmus 2000 a functional time measuring instrument that is not only extremely easy to read, but also highly pressure-resistant

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returning Merchandise to ArizonaFineTime.com

 

DOMESTIC (orders shipped to the 50 United States , Puerto Rico , and APO/FPO addresses)

 

ArizonaFineTime.com will accept the return of merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, azfinetime.com will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

 

*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 2 business days after receipt at 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996. If you received the wrong product or a defective item , you can return the item within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued.

 

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

 

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Arizona Fine Time before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996 to obtain an RFI number.

 

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

 

Return Instructions:

 

- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return shipping label.
