The GOLD TORNADO collection features the symbolic black brand color as well as red as its base colors, highlighted with brilliant gold color accents to deliver a look worthy of a special-edition 35th anniversary collection. All three models in the collection boast monolithic black bodies, with bright red on the back of the two-tone watch bands and the “SINCE 1983” on the watch face. Each model features gold ion plating on the main metal parts including the bezel, case, and screws, with gold color accents used extensively in other areas. Casio chose the color gold to symbolize the G-SHOCK heritage of constantly impacting the world by delivering new toughness in construction since day one, and the aspiration to maintain the brilliant presence which creates a buzz by producing astonishment and delight. The case backs of these models are engraved with the G-SHOCK 35th anniversary logo designed by Eric Haze, a world-renowned graphic artist, while the strap keeper is emblazoned with a star emblem that signifies 35 years. All three also come in special packaging with lavish use of gold color.

Returning Merchandise to ArizonaFineTime.com

 

DOMESTIC (orders shipped to the 50 United States , Puerto Rico , and APO/FPO addresses)

 

ArizonaFineTime.com will accept the return of merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, azfinetime.com will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

 

*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 2 business days after receipt at 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996. If you received the wrong product or a defective item , you can return the item within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued.

 

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

 

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Arizona Fine Time before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996 to obtain an RFI number.

 

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

 

Return Instructions:

 

- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return shipping label.
