 This special tribute to the winters of the Suwa Nagano region of Japan (where Spring Drive is manufactured) comes only in 18kt gold, with a specially aged and selected quartz crystal for the Tri-Synchro Regulator providing an even higher accuracy rating of only +/- 10 seconds a month. The series of 3 18kt gold variations will be available in white, yellow and rose gold. Due to the extremely limited supply of these especially accurate quartz crystals, there are will be extremely limited availability. An 18kt gold Grand Seiko medallion on the rotor will be visible through the caseback, which can only be found on the most special Grand Seiko timepieces. Only one of each color of gold will be allocated to the US market, and can exclusively be found at Arizona Fine Time.

DOMESTIC (orders shipped to the 50 United States , Puerto Rico , and APO/FPO addresses)

 

ArizonaFineTime.com will accept the return of merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, azfinetime.com will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

If you received the wrong product or a defective item , you can return the item within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

 

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Arizona Fine Time before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996 to obtain an RFI number.

 

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

 

Return Instructions:

 

- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return shipping label.
