This model has the 9F62 caliber, but has special specifications increased to +/- 5 seconds difference per year. At the 6:00 position, there is the stars mark of five angles to symbolize the high accuracy of 5 seconds years difference. Because the watch is still in production, the final product may look different than the current photo.

On Jan. 31st, Seiko announced the release of a new limited edition with the 9F Quartz movement. Not only does this piece commemorate the 100th anniversary of Seiko’s 1st wristwatch, it also commemorates the 20 year anniversary of the 9F Quartz. The SBGX103 is a new, very special, limited edition of only 2,000 pieces.

The SBGX103 has a specially selected Quartz crystal, and all 2,000 pieces have the even higher accuracy rating of only +/- 5 seconds a year deviation (as compared to +/- 10 sec a year as with standard 9F). Some of the other attributes include an 18kt yellow gold Grand Seiko lion medallion on the case back along with engraved serial number “XXXX/2,000″ and “Caliber 9F 20th Anniversary Since 1993″. The dial itself is also quite unique. It is embossed with a pattern to resemble “XX” (Roman numerals for 20) and small subtle GS lions throughout. At the 20 minute index, you may notice that the lion is backwards compared to the rest. This is also to signify the 20 year anniversary. The final icing on the cake is the gold star above the 6 o’clock to indicate its special accuracy rating. You may also notice this is not the typical oyster type bracelet you will generally see on the SBGX series. This model will have the zaratsu polished attributes you will find on other GS.

ArizonaFineTime.com will accept the return of merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, azfinetime.com will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.

 

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Arizona Fine Time before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 480-214-0272 or 1-800-486-3996 to obtain an RFI number.

 

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

 

Return Instructions:

 

- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return shipping label.
