The modern re-interpretation of the first Grand Seiko with a modern design and movement
While inheriting the ethos of the first Grand Seiko created in 1960, this contemporary model features an advanced design philosophy, new materials, and the Caliber 9S68 large-diameter mechanical movement. While the case width is slighter larger at 40.5 mm, its design belies its actual diameter and makes it feel slimmer. Brilliant Hard Titanium is a beautiful and resilient new material that is used for the watch case. It finished with our unique Zaratsu technique to produce a case with a white luster. The Grand Seiko logo in the 12 o'clock position is pressure-embossed. The see-through caseback lets you enjoy a view of the working mechanical movement as it keeps accurate time.
