Frederique Constant may be a young company, having only started in 2001, but they have already carved a name for themselves as a quality Swiss watchmaker. What has put them amongst a very small and exclusive group of Swiss watch makers is the manufacture of their own Calibres.  Their patent-pending Heart Manufacture Calibre is the result of combining innovative design with hand craftsmanship, in the very latest in modern technologically controlled environments at their factory in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva. 

Their emphasis is on quality, value and inspired design, producing luxury timepieces that are unparalleled in their attention to detail. You only have to look at the fine engravings and printing on the dials and the highly polished finish to their delicately rounded cases. 

There are three basic Frederique Constant collections: High Life, Persuasion and Classics. Alpina, the company's other brand, produces technical sports watches. 

High Life is really the flagship collection and comprises various groups: Alure, Moonphase Chrono, Round, Heart Beat Day-Date, Heart Beat Retrograde and the new Heart Beat Manufacture. The key features of the collection are: mechanical movements with complications or ultra-flat models with quartz movements, a smooth, rounded design with convex sapphire crystals, water-resistant to 100 metres, and specially designed Arabic numerals on all the dials.

The Persuasion Collection is made up of Carree, Moonphase Carree, Business Timer, Chronograph and Automatic and a Heart Beat version. These all have a luxury look but are very affordable with mechanical or quartz movements and feature large Roman numerals. 

The Classics Collection, are Frederique Constant's best selling watches and are all elegant in their rectangular, round or tonneau shapes. The collection comprises the Art Deco, Slim Line, Automatic, 18 carat Rose Gold, index Automatic, Arabic Automatic and Carree models that also come with various mechanical or quartz movements.

Frederique Constant Geneve is, above all, a traditional brand. With its 'Heart Beat' signature and the slogan "Live your Passion", the company aims to attract clients that, like them, value their independence and have a "passion to succeed".
