The bright yellow hand has been designed to resemble the hull of the racing yacht and indicates the progression to the start of the race. The 15 second start countdown is divided into 3 colorful 5-second sections making it exceptionally easy to read. The movement powers the 60-second and 12-hour chronograph functions as well as the date display between the 3 and 4 o’clock positions. The points of the compass are also featured on the bidirectional titanium bezel. It is, of course, water resistant to 200 meters and compression-resistant for usage up to 15,000 m above M.S.L. All markings and hands made with extensive after-glow non-tritium luminous compound for easy readability in poor light conditions.
